Experiandirect Experian Direct Experian Direct markets via television commercials regarding a free credit report, then charges recurring monthly fees of $14.95 California
My Wife was scammed into calling for a free credit report only to give a credit card to be monitored and that was charged $14.95 every month for almost 10 years. Noone in the home had internet logon capability to even review such information. This is serious elder abuse. Noone should believe they need to pay for this information. The FICO score was even free with a checking account we owned so there was no need for this recurring bill.
