Experience Sales, Zack Hill Zack Hill represented himself selling books for children in hospitals or that I could receive what I purchased.. Phoenix Arizona
The sales representative, Zack Hill, explained in great detail that the books he was selling would earn him points for a contest and would be sent to children in hospitals to entertain them during their stay.
When I declined to purchase anything he said that I could choose to keep the books I would purchase. I gave him a check for $61.00 which was the amount listed in the brochure of books he showed me. He further promised the books would be shipped directly to my address.
This transaction occurred on 4/9/13. I have not received any books, but the check cleared my bank. It would be an amazing surprise if those books arrive...now 3 months later.
This company apparently is operating a scheme of fraud and should be legally suspended from any further activity.
