The company cashed payment check before they even did any work at all. They were specifically hired to obtain and expedite a permit for a pool. It's been a year since and we still not only don't have a valid permit, but the paperwork the company was hired to prepare is not in order and insufficient to even be presented to obtain a permit. All they did was send out a bunch of emails with lots of promises and refuse to issue a refund. They don't return phone calls and it takes months to receive an email response.

At Express Permits, we pride ourselves in operating efficiently and professionally to serve all of our customers.
On two occasions, our staff attempted to file this permit application with the building department using the documents that were provided by the client, his architect and his project manager. Unfortunately, their plans did not meet the requirements of the building department and were missing information both times. We immediately let the architect, project manager and owner know what was necessary in order to properly prepare the plans and to obtain a permit.
Our well-trained staff works diligently to serve all of our customers and are happy to help you with our full-range of permit services.

im not sure that this is the right place for this.as a client of express permits of farmingdale i have nothing but good to say about this company.not only did they get all my permits done their friendly service was second to none.the staff was always there for me when i needed questions answered and this was during the time that hurricane sandy had swept up the east coast a month after i hired express permits.so all of the towns around me were way behind in getting anything done on time.but express permits got it all done for me and at a price i believe was fair due to all the work involved.i hope i never have to go through the permit process again but if i do i know i can count on express permits to get it done.thanks to everyone there for helping me.keri your the best.
