I purchased an BMW X5 on October 29 on a Friday night i didnt puck it up until the 30th on a Saturday. I did a carfax on the vehicle and found out it was in an accident and was totaled out. They lied and said the vehicle was in good working condition and it wasnt it also had a major oil leak. So they let me swap vehicles. I then purchased a BMW 535I the vehicle drove fine and they said it was a great vehicle. I test drive the vehicle and the SOS light was on thehytold me to take the BMW dealership to get the light reset. I took it to the BMW dealership to get a diagnostic. They told me they lies to you the satellite module was out and i have a major oil pan leak and needed a tune up. The repairs will cost 3,200 dollars. I called the dealership 6 days in a row no one will return my calls i feel i have spent 10,057 cash on a headache. I will not keep calling and keep being brushed off. I will get my attorney's involed and handle it that way. I've tried to handle this matter internal and professional but, i see thats not possible.

You purchased the vehicle even though a warning light came on during the test drive. That totally defeats the purpose of a test drive. They lied to you about the first car yet you got suckered into a second car that also leaked oil.
What are the terms of the written warranty or was this an AS-IS sale?
