EZ Pawn Tracy SCUM SUCKING PIGS THRIVE ON RIPPING PEOPLE OFF Henderson, Nevada
I initially took a necklace to EZ Pawn last March just to cover the cost of my daughter's birthday party. I kept up the payments on my extensions until I lost my job but the manager at the time (who was well liked by many) was nice enough to do what he could to help me get it back since I had always been able to do so before. When things got hectic for both me and my husband to try to get my necklace back, they sent it to their headquarters in Texas and of curse that store didn't bother to return my call about the matter. This pissed me off enough to make certain they wouldn't do the same with my charm bracelet that was a gift to me at the age of 15 or 16.
By putting it on layaway and keeping up with my payments every month, there's no way in hell they ever should have done away with it. Due to family circumstances, I was unable to make it back to the store on time this month to make a payment on my layaway but when I phoned to inquire about it, an employee named Brittney claimed that it would be alright for me to come in a few days late and stated that I could make a payment with my card since it was a layaway and not a loan. But when I showed up to make my payment this morning (Sept 11, 2012), an employee named Tracy claimed that my bracelet was dropped LAST month and not even in the store!!!! They admitted that they have my phone number yet, they NEVER even tried to contact me over a measly $3.00 they claim was due on it!!!!! As you can see, these money grubbing vultures are so desperate for cash, they'll sell items they know you intend to get back from them just so they can make a bigger profit!!!
I asked for their corporate office but instead, Tracy gave me the phone number of their office here in Las Vegas. Their corporate office is located in Texas. I spoke with an employee about the situation wh saw on the compouter that I had been keeping up with my payments and she had the audacity to get sarcastic with me!!
When I informed an employee at a grocery store why she shouldn't do business with EZ Pawn, she told me about her bad experience with them over Christmas when she purchased a television from that store. The television wouldn't even work when she got it home and instead of giving her a refund or store credit, they claimed that she probably dropped it!!!
Bottom line: EZ PAWN is a SCAM! They prey on desperate people and will rip you off at the drop of a hat!!!!
