EzBoard provides message boards to consumers. They have policies for many different situations, but in my case, they ignored their policies, and I lost control of a message board. The following explains what happened to me, and is also the complaint I sent to Steve DeMello, VP Operations.

---

This board formerly named "Jack's Place" was created by JackDaniels04. This person caused several problems on several other boards and with members of those boards.

On 03/21/2001 JackDaniels04 transferred the EzOP of "Jack's Place" to boots40. boots40 (Not knowing much about "My Community" deleted all memberships and CSS Coding. Then once I (jedego & Outsight are both my accounts) got online, she explained what had happened and why, and transferred the EzOP to me.

I requested a restoral in order to restore the memberlist, but then decided to just disable the MBA feature. I then requested that the restaral be cancelled.

When I got online 03/22/2004, I found that the board has been restored with JackDaniels04 as EzOP. I have read your policy and it states that EzBoard will not reverse the transfer of EzOP on any board unless an EZOP username is hacked. That was NOT the case here. This is a case of JackDaniels04 changing his mind.

What do I do ?

JackDaniels04 knows I did not give the board up, that something on EzBoard's end got screwed up, and in an attempt to keep me from regaining the board, he has now banned me.

I know this was a miscommunication, and was not intentionally done by EzBoard, but I have not got a responce from the EzBoard help ticket.

Please let me know what to do as soon as possible.

---

Steve's responce to this said that he check the "Security Log" and could find no evidence that the EzOP (Which is the bord ownership) had ever been transfered to me. Well duh, they restored the board to an earlier state.

I have talked to thim until I am blue in the face, I have even had other members email Steve and confirm what I told him. Still steve refuses to fix this mistake and allow me access to the board that I DID Own.
