Face National Models & Talent ripoff fraud Charlotte North Carolina
Face National Models & Talent ripped me off. My story is basically like everyone else's. On July 9 2001 I visited The Crown Plaza in Richmond, Va. Face Model had been advertising on the local radio stations for their upcoming model seach. My best friend & I attended their "model cast" & made the cut that afternoon & was told to come back later that afternoon to discuss details.
We returned yet again 11 July 2001 to sign contract. On 1 Aug 2001 we had was supposedly our first workshop class, where they went more into detail about the company & our $600 composite cards that we were required to purchase & to pay our first deposit of $213.
We then had a scheduled "photo shoot" on 20 Aug 2001 at the Residence Inn where we were required to pay for our compostite cards which were $600. On 18 Sept 2001 was our "preview date" where were were to look over our photos for the final cut for our comp cards.
And to think I actually thought they were legit. They made all the other agencies seem so bad!!!! Not to mention at the photo shoots & every gathering after the two that did the initial scouting were never seen. We were promised the best photographers & make up artist. My best friend & I ended up doing our owen make up & hair.
