FAIRBANKS CAPITAL CORP rip-off SALT LAKE CITY Utah
My home and hazard insurance was escrowed for an entire year. The insurance company sent their bill to them and they never paid it. I called, faxed several times. They still did not pay it even though it was plain to see the overage in my escrow. My insurance lapsed. I did not have $500.00 to put out of my pocket at one time to get my own insurance again. Why should I they had my money. They sent me a letter (documented)stating they were going to send my overage within 20 business days. I had to call. The check was never cut.
I waited 13 more days, during that time they sent me a check for half of it and used the other half to buy HAZARD insurance that I had already purchased and was waiting for the $500.00 to put down on it. They have never returned my calls. I don't even have the hazard Insurance policy. They STOLE my money!!! I have been dealing with them on this for 2 months. My initial mortgage sold them my mortgage. I should sue them!!
