Fairbanks Capital Evil, lying practices affecting special need children political corruption Jacksonville, Salt Lake Florida, Utah
Wrongfully and/or illegally put into foreclosure without any notification.
Premeditation, corruption. I'm now finding out the truth about this evil corporation and am very grateful that my family didn't end up another statistic for the grim reaper of the mortgage business.
Fairbanks clearly breached the contract and/or the Deed of Trust by not notifying me at all about any preforclose notice.
Does any attorney see any merit for a case against Fairbanks that will stick?
I also believe Fairbanks Capital and Household Financial are connected undercover.
Possibly OnCall Mortgage and Crossland Mortgage are members of the same group also? These corporations have to be stopped.
