its called a mooch-appeal. Mooches are people who want something for nothing. Like a free trial, i.e. a "free, No-risk trial of Fairfield resorts". Real estate is the same way: the mooch. sorry, the buyer, does not have to pay for the real estate agent's time!! The real estate agent's services are FREE! FREE! FREE! to the mooch, sorry, the buyer, because that real estate agent is working subagency for the seller and will tell the seller EVERYTHING the mooch, sorry, the buyer, might say to the agent as well as any conversation between the buyer and the buyer's spouse in the agent's presence. And the real estate agent is required to do so by law, so you, the mooch, sorry, the buyer, cannot sue. We are always told that "nothing in life is free" but we certainly seem to have a hard time believing it.
