The report about Apex Marketing and Fairfield has nothing to do with the report regarding U.S. Resorts Marketing. The report of U.S. Marketing should have been a different alleged report.

For the record, this employee was paid all monies due and there has not been any lawsuits filed. Sorry for any confusion.

My wife quit her employment with U.S. Resorts it seems because the firm can't/refused to pay current/former employees proper payroll amounts for hours worked, tours booked at Fairfield facilities, etc. U.S. Resorts, Inc. is a sub-contractor representing Fairfield Resorts, Inc. here in San Diego. I have phone numbers of the major players in what I will term as bad business practices and plan to pursue legal proceedings on behalf of my wife and her former/presently employed co-workers. To say the least, there is a big conspiracy taking place involving the operator of U.S. Resorts, a Mr. Chris Butchko here in San Diego, CA. I, as husband have names, phone numbers, details, etc. of the BIG picture involving U.S. Resorts, Inc. representing as sub-contractor for Fairfield. This goes very deep and may be typical of fraud, misrepresentation, etc. Sounds like a scandal? I have no doubt. In my opinion alone, something smells foul. I can't place blame on Fairfield, unless they themselves are witholding funds from U.S. Resorts, Inc. I doubt this is the case. I am building my case using direct testimony from the employees/conspirators themselves. I'm just a distraught husband who plans to expose the deep imbedded dirt. Does anyone have any Clorox I can use? I could use a tough attorney here in San Diego who "will" represent my dear Gloria!
