Fairfield Resorts took away benefits from the VIP level I purchased. Rip-off! Orlando Florida
In 2003 I upgraded my timeshare package to the VIP 300,000 level because I was offered benefits which included ability to select the unit I wished to have along with several other benefits. This year the company took away the benefit to select the unit you wanted at the VIP 300,000 level which is the reason I purchased and which was a selling point made by the sales rep.
I was told in so many words by an Owners Relations rep to whom I had sent a copy of a letter mailed to the sales rep, that those who spend the most money had the power and I should expect to have benefits taken away from me. It was just a fact of life.
