I used to make reservations to fairfield. When It comes to booking a holiday like the 4th of july you had to call pretty much on the first day eligable to book which is about 10.5 months in advance or it was gone. Also weel over half of the members I spoke with had been misinformed resulting in similar problems. I personnaly passed what I saw all the way up to a v.p. named don. They simply don't care! It makes too much money the way it is.

I was an Employee (Time share Salesperson) of Wyndham Worldwide (Formerly Fairfield Resorts of North Myrtle Beach) I witnessed FIRST HAND the Sales MAnagers Lies told to the Customers to get them to SIGN the contract. I also watched contract NOT EXPLAINED properly and am planning on going to the SC Real Estate Commision (you should too if you have a problem as you explained) They are all CROOKS and I am ashamed to have worked there for 6 weeks...

We recently visited the Fairfield North Myrtle Beach office and talked with the Qualtity Control Manager. He totally agreed with us, that we were wronged, maybe just to get us out of his office. We have not been formally notified of POC pulling from the PIC program, which is their responsibilty to do so. At the time of our visit on October 16, 2006 we wrote a letter informing Fairfield Resorts of our request to cancel the contract. October 23 Nina Gaubas called my mother and told her we could not get out, we needed to pay it off and sell it ourselves. We have spent over $5000 at 8.99% interest and cannot make any reservations for 2007.(July 2006 - October 2006 monies auto debited from checking account) I am currently in the process of writing letters to all of the names I can find on the Wyndham and Fairfield websites, maybe SOMEONE will respond.
