We have similiar stories to each of yours. We used to own a week in July at the Bay Club in Fl. Fairfield is trying to buy it out. They lied to us and mis-represented what they were selling to us. They offered us a "no-longer available" VIP status in order to bring us over .. and get our ownership in the Bay Club...and finally they were going to buy it out anyway so we might as well take this great offer now rather than just lose our week!
I see everyone has been complaining since 2004 and no lawyer has sought anyone out yet, what good does this site do if we can not find each other??...lets plea to this web site to allow us to give our information so we can find each other and get our own class action going! I have been trying for two months to contact a group in florida who are involved in a class action suit against this company. Unfortunately there has been no response, which mkes me wonder if there is a class action lawsuit. Fairfield wants to buy you out so they can sell you points instead of a specific time slot. this allows them to grossly oversell their properties making it impossible for regulators to prove the oversell, which is illegal. this is the biggest scam in US history. add to it the millions of payoffs to legislators and courts, and you have the perfect scam. If you find out a way to fight them, please post it on this site. I too would ask the editors to this site to allow e-mails to be posted.

I attempted to find you by way of online search. You'd be suprised at how many medina ranches have those same names involved in them. With no last name it is difficult to pin-point. One intelligent person cannot battle a whole villiage of idiots by themselves! I receive calls regularly from this company and have just begun to be hateful to them myself. Each and everytime you ask them something they just "pass the buck!" I am sick of even trying to talk to them. One of them made the comment to me that there was nothing I could do about it no matter what they told me. He was right to an extent. I am only 1 but, together we could fight them. There has to be a better way for all of us to get together on this! I am not a wealthy person and cannot fight them alone...I could never pay the court costs. Although we all know what great liars they are...all liars slip up eventually! Let them ignore us! The longer they ignore us the larger and more powerful we can grow without notice. Though they may be a large company seems the number of people they hurt and manipulated has grown larger than their inflated egos ...continuously growing to this very day. I would be more than glad to play mediator. I am not a strong financial link but, am willing to do all that I can to contribute to the downfall of this crooked company. Perhaps through emails and private messages we can get together enough people to make this happen. Feel free to contact me by any means possible.
