Fairfield Resorts ripoff and counter offers Sevierville Tennessee
When we first bought into this it was seven years ago, and the name was "Peppertree Resorts". We were told we could use our time share where ever we wanted. We have tried over and over to use our "Vacation Resort" and each and everytime there was so much hassle that we had to give up in frustration.
Recently we went to Gatlinburg to spend the day, we stopped at a "Welcome Center" they tried to interest us in a "Resort" which we scoffed at and told them of our experience and how we could never get anyone on the phone and when we did they were rude, the lady suggested we talk with a particular woman and explain the situation to her that she would be able to help. We decided to go ahead and speak with her, afterall maybe we would get some satisfation. Yeah right!!! They told us that "Peppertree" had misrepresented what we had purchased and that the only way we could get anywhere was to spend another $11,000, but since we had so many problems they would reduce it to approx. $9,500 but we had to make a decision before we left the building. We left the building and made the one last payment on a time share that we have Never been able to use!
