Send all parties a vebal and written request to contact you by mail only. They must honor this. That will stop the phone calls. You didn't honor your contract they should be roprting it to your credit. But you can have the calls stopped.

You aren't paying back a loan you agreed to pay.. they have EVERY RIGHT to call you as often each day as they want.. the only one ripping off anyone here is YOU.. Go ahead call "the law" on them, I dare you.

Did you actually think that it would not go on your credit report if you defaulted? You bought the vehicle from the dealer - NOT the finance company as you allude. They lent you the money to buy the vehicle from the dealer. YOU admittedly defaulted. What is the rip off other than they didn't get the money they loaned you?
