I think I used to work for you and I can verify all the information you gave is true and accurate. But you didnt mention how you worked months open to close because the company would not allow you to hire an assistant. I remember one time you were so sick with the flu you could barely stand up and still tried to work. Family dollar has let alot of really excellent managers get away. I met quite a few really great people throughout the course of my employment with them and all the really good people have moved on. If this were my company, if ANYONE left after 4,5,10,etc. years I WOULD CALL THEM and ask them why. I would want to know why they put years of their life into a job and then left. I would want to know WHAT ARE WE DOING WRONG? Leaving Family Dollar is like leaving an abusive relationship. At first you wonder WHAT DID I DO WRONG? Then you realize I didnt do anything wrong, they just didnt realize what a good thing they had! They lost an excellent employee in me and you as well. When a company of 5000 some stores has 800some managers sueing them! WOW,DO THE MATH!
