FAMILY DOLLAR 4997 MANGER DISLOYAL RIPOFF MIAMI Florida
Hello. I'm here because I believe I got fired for no reason. The manger told me that I was suspendent but told other empolyees that I was fired, I didn't like that they went around my back giving different information. Here is my report well at Family Dollar you know they ask you to tell if you see someone stealing, right/wrong. I called my manger and told him what I seen going on in his store while he wasn't their by his *ss. manger she only being their for about two months and me almost 9 months who you would think he would believe.
Well anyways I called him to let him know what was going on, the *ss. manger was taking things from the store that wasn't paid for and becasue I told and she said that they did not belong to her we all got fired that was working that night.
The reason I say that Family Dollar was Disloyal is because they tell us to do one thing not knowing that we all are going to be charged for the same act. I got fired for telling, she got fired because it was in her lunchbag, the other girl got fired because she recommend her for the other postion that was open.
Family Dollar is also a ripoff to me because they told us after 6 months that we will get a raise but we never did other stores who have came up behind us are making 6 dollars an hour and store #4997 is still making $5.50, I really loved working at family dollar and I was hoping one day that I will grow to be a manger but they took that away from me with the rest of my dream of being boss someday.
