Fanfare Media Works Contract not fulfilled. Brochures were never distrubuted in two of three locations Valencia California
I entered into a contract in February 2007 to purchase advertising with Fanfare Media group in three of its publications. I was in Movie News and Sports and Soaps. One ad was not the size or location promised by the representive and it was supposed to be distributed at the local Save Mart Grocery Store. It has been 9 months and there has not been one single publication distributed at this location with my ad in it. I have checked monthly for the circular and it hasn't been there. The other ad, although correctly sized and placed, was never distributed at the local Winco. It has been 10 months since that was supposed to be circulated. I shop at this store weekly, so it was easy to check on this ad. I suppose I should consider myself fortunate that the third ad placed actually did finally start getting distributed at the local Vons after several discussions with the sales representative.
I have requested that the contract be terminated due to non performance, and demanded a refund since July of last year. All my demands have fallen on deaf ears. I am now persuing this matter in small claims.
