Farmers Seed Farmers seed failed to honor their word on more than one occassion. Internet
This was my first order from Farmers seed. If I had read all the negetative reports about this company before I ordered, they would not have gotten an order from me.
I took photos of all the plants that I had gotten from Farmers and told them in addition to the photos which plants were fine and which need to be replaced.
My wife had saved the shipping label from the 2010 order because it says in their catalog that they need the label for a replacement.
They wrote me back that I needed to send the shipping, which I already had sent. They send me another letter that they did not have the label to check our files to make sure that we sent the label.
They said that since I didn't have the shipping label to send a copy of the canceled check or charge card statement. Not only did I sent this to them, I sent an e-mail of the order that they had sent to me. After all this mailing back and forth, they wanted me to indicate the problem and to send the shipping label.
I give up, I am sure glad I found this site to warn people. There were several complaints similar to mine and some customers got riped off worse than me. I should feel lucky and will drop the matter and try to tell people about this rip off.
