Yes, we too have been hooked by this company and/or it's parents. I have yet to find this 'fine print' that says we will be charged $74.97 on a monthly basis. We were charged that fee along with the initial $2.97. We did receive a receipt for the initial fee. No receipt has been received (via email) to the other charge. It was found when checking our account online and finding an overdraft. Oddly they also credited us $9.00. We also have spent time on the phone trying to reach them as well as sending an email. While on the phone we google'd the company and found this site. Seeing that trying to contact them by any means was a waste of time, we hung up and here we are.
It is ambiguous at best at this time to expect compensation. Hopefully the bank will block further charges from this company, otherwise we will be closing the account as well.
