Fed Ex a big rip off their driver stole a pc for my moms computer Granite City Illinois
well for starters we ordered a pc thru e bay a company that is called buyessex and they sent the pc thru fed ex and fed ex never delivered and neither business is willing to make things right after many several attempts my mom is stuck without her computer cause the driver for fed ex said he left it on our porch and that is a lie cause myself and my mom and my neighbor were sitting 3 feet from the front door the day it was to be delivered and the truck never pulled in our apt complex. so dont trust fed ex drivers they steal and then dont make it right. now my mom is out and she is living with my gramm and gramm cant be left alone at all anymore and that was moms way of having something to do as well as stay in touch with us.

hey there thank you for your response and i appreciate it very much i didnt sign for anything or authorize for them to leave it on a porch or anything else and i didnt cause i was going to be there and going to receive the package myself and nobody even knocked on the door at all with 2 other people in the house with me at the time the driver put down as the delivery time he didnt drop it off there they or he took it he probably left it at one of his buddys house till he got off wrk at now has him a kick butt pc thank you very much i apprecaite any responses sincerly

If you didn't sign for the package and didn't sign an authorization to leave the package without a signature then you did not receive the package and it should be insured. Roger
