I worked for Frank Lasua at Fel-Tech and am here to tell you do not do business with this company or Frank Lashua! He will steal your money. He tells you that he he will fix your hydraulic hammer or breaker or sell you parts but then wants a deposit wich he keeps. Do you know what you get? Nothing. He buys his parts in Turkey and they are junk. He laughs at how stupid the customers are and keeps your money. Also, so you know, he is a busted out (((redacted))) who doesnt pay his employees. 3 of my checks bounced!

Fel-Tech Hydraulic Hammers and Fel-Tech Hammer Division as well as Frank Lashua are frauds and thiefs. If you think you are going to get any hydraulic hammer parts, hydraulic hammers, or hydraulic breaker oarts from him you will be sorry.
Beware of Fel-Tech Frank Lashua and Fel-Tech Hammer Division. You will be sorry.

While I don't have any information on the specific details of this complaint, I am writing to let the original poster and any future readers know that Fel-Tech is under new ownership. I took over the business from Frank Lashua in June of 2019. Frank is no longer involved in Fel-Tech, he's retired. We in the new ownership are committed to following all applicable labor laws.
Futhermore, we believe that the quality of our parts is top-shelf. We source our parts from reputable suppliers and machine shops in the US and Europe. Many of our factories are the same factories that supply OEM parts. We've sold and/or installed our aftermarket parts in thousands of hammers with no more issues than we've had even with OEM parts.

FEL-TECH Hammer Division does not and will not participate in illegal employee acts. This employee was offered to stay at his job ONLY if he stopped collecting these illegal benefits. The employee refused and he was dismissed. Court charges were filed against Thomas Sheldon by FEL-TECH Hammer Division for slander and defamation of character. FEL-TECH Hammer Division has won this suit.

The past employee of our company did work at FEL-TECH Hammer Division. The employee did approach the owner of FEL-TECH Hammer Division and request to get paid "under the table" illegally so he could keep a government benefit he was collecting illegally and did not inform our company of, when hired.. After an investigation by FEL-TECH Hammer Division it came to the attention that Thomas Sheldon was collecting a form of payment from the Government while also working and paying taxes at FEL-TECH Hammer Division. All due monies that this employee earned were paid in full each week as expected during his short employment.
