I know with all the modern technology, you could of picked up the phone and called the number on back of your card for customer service , who could of told you what you needed to pay and change your address in the same call. No need to blame it on the bank..I never ever follow the online as it's always behind. Most places that I have found , you can't update anything online anymore. I changed credit cards as the first got ate in the ATM. Tried to update it on my storage unit's page and it would not allow me to.So I called them and emailed them and was told that only they can update my info. Silly I said as your offivce is open only when you want to show up for work. But Fifth Third is open even on the weekends in the Kroger store so there is no excuse why things was not done . It's not the banks fault..You need to take charge of your own banking and cards..Take responsibility..
