fifth third bank practiced Dual Tracking. They sent a representative to our home telling us to be behind on our mortgage so we would qualify for the HARP mortgage modification. The next week we were sent a foreclosure notice. moraine ohio Ohio
Fifth Third Bank, Needmore Rd, Moraine, Ohio practiced Dual Tracking. They sent a representive to our home and told us to be behind on our mortgage so that we would qualify for the HARP mortgage modification program.
After we signed the paper, the next week we were sent foreclosure statement in the mail. We were not able to contact the rep at the bank, our phone calls were not taken. Fax numbers were given which did not work. We sentinformation via fax over and over.
This is Dual Tracking. Fifth Third Bank did perpretrate fraud on my family. I would like compensation from Fifth Third Bank. I would like to add my name to other Ohions who have had fraud committed on them.
