FileFactory.com Rip off, scam, slower speeds on paid account than on free account, no customer service, will not cooperate with other download services. Internet
File Factory offers upload and down services on the internet. They offer a "free" service so you can try their services - which is limited in speed and wait times.
After you buy the "premium service, you discover that your DL speeds are slower than the free trial speeds (and often you cannot even connect) and that their service is not compatible with JDownloader - one of the best download managers on the internet. They answer your complaints with "solutions" that are either inadequate (does not help solve the problem) or completely wrong. An example is that the "solutions" to speed and downloading problems on the Macintosh OSX platform is to use their own "turbo" dl manager and a couple of others that do not even work on the Mac platform.
It is obvious that they have no interest in providing the service or speeds advertised and promised and refuse to issue refunds "because of their no refund policy!"
