I attempted to withdraw this posting but the website owner would not let me do this. Rather I am only able to post an update to my original posting. This is my update, made in lieu of a complete withdrawl of my original posting: I made this report originally out of concern over my father's welfare and certain investments that were made. My comments were made out of fear and anger, but today I acknowledge Mr. Gieseke and Financial West's concern toward a solution for the matter. Today all parties concerned have satisfied all financial obligations and I apologize to Mr. Gieseke and Financial West over the intemperate remarks during both negotiations and within this report. It is irresponsible and unfair to blame the entire firm for this unfortunate occurrence. By advising clients to pull their accounts from the firm because of one broker's inappropriate actions, you are putting hundreds of careers at risk. That kind of thing can happen at any company. I'm sure that, if you try hard enough, you will find someone at your current employer, or maybe even at your church, or at your childs school who has been involved in some type of fraudulent activity that you wouldn't want to be associated with. If you want to make formal complaint, try the NASD website. Report the individual broker -- don't blame the firm, as they obviously don't condone illegal transactions. Make a difference by considering all the ramifications before you act!!! Thanks...
