FINANCING ALTERNATIVES HAS LED ME TO BELIEVE THAT I WAS GOING TO GET A LAP TOP AFTER MAKING 12 CONSECUTIVES PAYMENTS OF 155.96 WHICH TOTALLED OUT TO BE 1871.52 THAT THEY HAD WITHDREW FROM MY CD ACCOUNT. THIS IS CONSIDERED EMBEZELLMENT AND GRAND THEFT FROM MY CD ACCOUNT. I HAVE BEEN TRYING TO REACH THEM BY PHONE FOR THE LAST TWO MONTHS AND THEIR PHONE LINE CONTINOUSLY SAY ALL CIRCUTS ARE BUSY NOW PLEASE CALL BACK LATER. THIS FUNNY IT STARTED SAYING THAT AFTER I HAD THREATEN THEM THAT I WOULD GET A LAWYER IF I DO NOT RECEIVE MY LAP TOP. THIS HAS BEEN GOING ON FOR THE LAST YEAR. I WANT MY MONEY OR MY LAP TOP

Why would you pay that kind of money for a laptop? Most of the electronic stores offer laptops for around 4 or 5 hundred bucks new.

I have to say this to protect myself legally: "The opinions I say in this are my opinions. Innocent to proven liars cheat thieves" Michael Shrader and Kurt Dinkelacker ran this company into the ground to steal the business secrets and start a copycat biz after the owner refused to give them a majority stock. Then, Michael Shrader's inner circle were told to make copies of their hard drives to use *after they left FAI once it was bankrupt*. The owner was kept in the dark about the business problems. He turned over control to Michael Shrader in 2005 so he could manage a personal medical issue. He stupid trusted Michael Shrader and Kurt Dinkeliar. Email from Kurt Dinkelacker told everyone until 6 wks before FAI got taken over that it was "business as usual". He knew the company was not going to make it. Michael Shrader and Kurt Dinkelacker lied I think to stall and to take all the money they could to help them get going in a new company. I know Javier Palomarez (came from MiCash near the end of company) and got like $40,000 for a month. Kurt Dinkelacker was secretly recruiting key people to work for him at a new venture like FAI because by now they had got all the information and the money was running out and they couldn't cover up any more. They wanted the owner out so they could get all the money themself- what better way than make his company go bankrupt and put him in hot water while they get away scot free. FAI shipped over 75,000 PCs through 2005-the majority on time or earlier. When Michael Shrader and Kurt Dinkelacker took over- they shipped late and when they felt like it. The owner was out of the loop. Anyone who knows the owner will tell you he is ticked off and devastated by Michael Shrader and Kurt Dinkelacker's betrayal and intends to pursue justice- for the consumer and for himself. I think they intentionally did a crap job and FAI failed- and then have the chutzpah to turn right around and get right back in business using employees and secrets from the company they ruined. Tell me that done stink to high heavens. Crooked. Michael Shrader made an obscene $400,000 per year Kurt Dinkelacker $200,000+ They never made a profit, and rode it straight into the ground. Paid his cronies thousands at the end, but continued not to fill orders. He is in my opinion a crook, a thief, a liar, and a con man. So is Kurt Dinkelacker. Read my other posts- just type Dinkelacker in the search box. I will keep updating as long as I can. Good luck everyone. Worth the time to read this about the owner: http://www.highbeam.com/doc/1G1-149715150.html

The Virginia Attorney General is going after these guys and freezing their assets, so it's doubtful you will get anything from them. You should contact your Attorney General and see what can be done about it, but you will be in a very long line from what I read.
