Financing Alternatives, INC flim famed me out of 1800 dollars for a desk top computer system, printer, scanner, copier and camera. Chesapeake, Virginia
I was refered to Financing Alternatives by DELL Computer Incorporation. I was told I would be able to purchase a computer using a payment plan because Dell did not offer one.
I was transferred over and placed an order for the computer. I was placed on an 49.99 a month installment plan. The total amount of the computer was 1,449.47. The due date for delivery July 19, 2007. On that day I called to see what time of day they would deliver. I was told they had a clich in the system and there would be a delay in the delivery. I never received any calls about the computer. Finally I asked to speak to the Manager. I was given the name and number to call George H. Christian 877-488-1944. I called that number never got to speak with him.
Finally I asked for a refund. I was offered a Kodak camera for 350.00 a 600.00 value if I waited another month. After the computer was paid they were still taking money from my account. I had to close that account. Until this day I have never received my computer or camera.
I contacted the Better Business Bureau of Virginia. They were investigating the Case. I was told that Christian was giving them a hard way to go. He transferred all of his assets into his wife accounts.
How could something like this happen? Christian and his wife are living high off the hog. I think he is operating under another name. I see these computer commercials and they are Very simular. I think all of these commercials should not be allowed to advertise on national television. They need to get all the way evaluated. Someone need to get held accountable. I need my money. I get sick every time I see these commercials.
That b**tard is a bonified thief. He has stolen from a lot of poor people. My friend told me not to do it in the first place and that it was too expensive. I could of gotten a desk top way less than that. I wish I had listened.
