Doing a little research into this customer, we have one listing made by a "Jim" in Clarkston, MI. 1. The customer misspelled the vehicle model, assuring that most viewers will not find it in a search. 2. The customer did not post any images with his listing, and fewer online buyers will bid on a vehicle without a photo. (Even without a photo, we still guarantee buy bids on all vehicles, but vehicles with images always receive better results.) 3. This vehicle is a Chrysler with 105,000 miles on it. Need we say more? 4. Under mechanical problems on his listing, Jim entered the following text: "CHECK ENGINE LIGHT HAS BEEN ON FOR 50,000 MILES" How can anyone expect full book price for a vehicle with serious mechanical problems? ALl that said, we STILL offer a 100% satisfaction to all customers. Jim's Certified Bid was received on day five of his guarantee, still leaving two full days in which he could have requested a no-questions-asked refund. Had Jim taken the appropriate steps to request a refund, we gladly would have given back his registration fee. - FindaBuyer Support
