I finaly found The EVIL FSI again. I too, was ripped off by them with 4 weeks of work travel to dallas to meet MR Steve Brohm and the $60 back ground check, Every time I would make it to the sales goal for my promotion to Manager they would say that i needed to sale more items as the next step. while i had never been paid a dime. I Found out there new info if any one wants to contact them about getting your money back Candy (steves wife) is now the President of the company, Lu Birch is no longer with the company and They never moved to there new building that they kept talking about. nor are they a sponsor of NASCAR they don't even sponsor a real driver it is all FRAUD!!!! their new website is WWW.IMMIONLINE.COM and there phone number is (972)243-9040.... hope this helps... if any one is interested it trying to get a class action lawsuit against them...

Yep, Scammer's they're out there ! I hate em too. Wish I could get my hard earned bucks back from the Jerk. I would never be a manager for that place. How could anyone want to work as a scammer to help scam people out of bucks. I thought about the position shortly after I paid $160 and was in the parking lot talking to the other 5 guys who had seen the interview and we were all pissed. What, they want us to lure people into this place and take $160 and not give them the job they were promised.. Bad Deal !!!!!!!!!

Thanks for your false remarks. Everything you said is untrue. I know who I worked for and I know the assumed name of the company I was hired from. I will reiterate once again the name of the company was Fire Specialist Inc. and the manager name there was kimberly Stone. I would answer the phone, stating that exact name also. Yes, the $60 supposedly for an criminal investigation, and to be put on the payroll. It's a scam and if your company is so legit, why not offer your contact information, so we can get reimbursed for labor. Thanks! No response necessary.

First off, Kelly, in Houston never worked for Fire Specialist, Inc. Kim Stone who had obviously hired Kelly, ran her office as an Independent Business K.A.S. Stone & Associates, as recorded in the Fort Bend County Court on Sept 11, 2002 under her address 2809 Talasek, Rosenberg Texas. I nor any Personnel of Fire Specialist, Inc. Have ever hired, nor employed Kelly. Kimberly Stone obviously owes you money. This would be something you might want to take Kim Stone to small claims court. If I had known this, I could have taken a deduction out of her comissions, since we have a clause in their Independent Managers Agreement, If you do a search you will find that, Kim Stones Lease, Phones, Advertisements were all under Stone & Associates, NOT Fire Specialist. Therefore the remarks against Fire Specialist,Inc are not valid, and can be considered as slanderous I will help in any way that I can, however, Kelly should get all of the correct information first. As far as the comments from Kristi in Dallas, I'm sorry you feel you had aproblem with another company, You may want to talk to another safety company out of California, I am a little appauled by the remarks about the $60.00 registration fee, when we tell the individuals what it is for, processing and data entry, When reading this report on Rip Off Report.Com I was told if I make rebuttals I would be charged $25.00 and if I did not take care of that, I would be turned over to a collection agency. That it takes time for them to read the rebuttals, and put them into their data base. So I add, So is it an expense for this Corporation as well, As we tell everyone who calls about a position of the fee "If Accepted" on the telephone before they even come in for the interview. I would have loved to resolve your problems, however, I am not any other company. We did not change our name to anything else, You can search the records filed in the State of Texas, when we were Incorporated, when we began business, etc. there was no other company I owned before Fire Specialist. I sincerely hope you both find your answers and can get them resolved. Regards
Kristi

i worked for them in 1989. i took a copy of the add in the newspaper i answered for the job and filed a complaint with the wage and labor office for not being paid. they were known as SAFETY PLUS back then, they usually run ads in the newspapers offering jobs for sales managers, receptionists. they also will try to say they hired you as a salaried employee so they don't have to pay overtime. they fought me all the way. it takes a while to get your money. they are cons all right. they change their name frequently. i think they were based in tennessee. the 60 dollars is where they make the money. they also have a reputation with the newspapers they run the ads in. which is another reason they change their name. contact the wage and labor office their records under SAFTEY PLUS are there. i know i was not the only one. you would think the state of texas would do something about them. good luck
