Firehouse Auto Repair Cecil & Jerry Charged me for repairs not done or authorized Cary NC North Carolina
My check engine went on. I went to advanced auto . Meter showed faulty fuel pump. Went to Firehouse, dropped off car. He called saying high pressure fuel pump & ABS sensors , 5 days to get abs sensors. I said just do the fuel pump. Long story short, he replaceed the fuel pump and ABS sensors. 2mechanics assured me the abs sensors were not replaced. Called Cecil the owner. He told me to bring car in. I did . He whispered "I need your credit card" I said for what. To issue a credit. No apology. No explanation. I was charged $60.00 for diagnostics. I asked for the report. Never received ti.
