First Capital Cons Telephone ripoff liars victimized us tricked and lied to us victimized many consumers Ontario Canada
Hello my name is tony. I got a call February 13, 2002 from 1st Capital Cons Telephone asking me if I would like to recieve a Visa card worth $1500. We really needed the money to pay off some bills so I thought, why not.
The lady from 1st Capital Cons Telephone told me to give her my checking account number and a one time fee of $199.00 would deducted from my account and the Visa card would be mailed to me and that I would recieve them in 7 to 10 business days. She sounded very positive and sincere.
I waited on the Visa card for 14 days, still nothing. So I called them. It took me forever to get through to them. I had to call several numbers. They aplogized and said that there had been two cards approved a Visa and a Mastercard.
The Mastercard had a $2000 limit. She said that she would make sure that they would be mailed to me has soon as possible. She kept aplogizing for the delay and that 1st Capital was very sorry. She sounded so honest.
I really believed I was getting two credit cards. Well, they never came. So don't trust 1st Capital Cons Telephone!!!!! ABUSED AND BROKE...TONY
