I ordered program. Debit in amount of $199.00 was taken from my checking account on 6-14-2002. I didn't even recive the program until August 18th. This long after being told I'd receive it within 10-14 days. After review this program I deterimed it to be almost a duplicate to a program I have already.

On August 18th, 2002 I sent the entire program back with letter req. a full & complete refund. Only address given to send back to was on orginal envelope, and it turned out to be to the wholesale fullfillment co. and not to First capital Conusmers Group.

I did rec. a letter, dated August 2nd, aknowledging receipt of the program back and letter req. refund and that the fullfillment co. PS &Aand that they did forward all to First Capital.

I then followed up with numerous calls and never rec. one back from First. Capital. asking if they had processed my refund yet. I finally did reach a customer service rep. after 2 1/2 weeks of leaving phone messages only to be told that I had to furnish/fax them a copy of my bank statement showing the exact debit to their company for the program fee. ?, would any co. send out something for nothing? Of course they charged me! I was told a refund was going to be processed in 3-5 business days. I faxed all info they req. on August 28th. I called and was told that yes they did rec. the fax and that a refund would be processed in 10 days- not the 3-5days that I had been told to begin with.
