FIRST CAPITAL CONSUMERS ripoff scam Ontario
I was contacted by phone by the above company and they stated that if I were to agree to having 199.00 deducted from my account that I would receive a mastercard with credit line of $2000.00. I did as they asked and on July 16,2002 they deducted from my checking account the $199.00.
It is now August 5, 2002 and no credit card has been received. I have had one check bounce since that time but am unaware if they have attempted to deduct monies from my acct.
