Tell us has your experience with this business or person been good? What's this?
I purchased a $98.00 Bathing Suit from Spiegel. The Total for this item now is $191.18. I have paid in full for the bathing suit.

Every other month I would receive a bill from First Consumers National Bank, it would have a $35.00 late fee attached. When you tried to call them to correct this it was all automated, you could never speak to anyone. So I called Spiegel who told me I had to speak with FCNB, the automated message tells you to write them a letter. So I did and I told them about the late charge it was not removed, I received a letter stating this.

Then I started receiving a bill that should have been paid 2 to 3 days before it arrived in the mail. It would have a late fee attached. I tried calling them again. The automated service said to write. Then I received a call from FCNB on my cell phone so I asked the gentleman to call me on my home phone and gave him the number telling him I wanted to pay this bill. He said great! Glad I called and would call me right back. He never did. (I was willing to pay the bill to get rid of them and to never have to deal with them again.)

Another month has passed and I will have another $35.00 late fee attached. I will not pay this bill until some one from this company calls me and removes the credit fees. I am willing to give them another $98. for the bathing suit to settle this, not $191.18.

The BETTER BUSINESS BUREAU SHOULD CLOSE THIS COMPANY DOWN. OR IF EVERYONE THEY HAVE DECEIVED WOULD FILE A LAWSUIT. I AM SURE THE PEOPLE WOULD WIN, HOPEFULLY THIS WOULD SHUT THEM DOWN. UNLESS THEY HAVE ALREADY GOTTEN RICH FROM THE CONSUMERS. I HAVE ALL MY BILLS AND THE ENVELOPES WITH THE POSTAGE DATE ON THEM THE SAME DAY AS THE DATE THE BILL WAS DUE. HOW PLAIN IS THIS.
