First Magnus Financial, Homecomings Financial and Aurora Loan Services are all the same company.

First Magnus went out of business in August 2007 because they violated federal laws. They were paying brokers extra to close Home loans quickly which were then packaged and sold to CITIGROUP and traded on wall street to private investors around the world.

Homecomings Financial serviced their loans since they were going out of business which is a fruad. Since First Magnus went out of business homecomings does not have the right to claim mortgage bonds on their behalf

Aurora Loan Services is the worst of all of them. Homecomings is now using them to service their loans. I called Homecomings and they have no idea who owns my mortgage or so they claim. I called Aurora and they claim they are servicing my mortgage for Homecomings, so i called Homecomings who told me they sold my loan to Aurora and they did not inform me. Homecomings kept deducting my mortgage payments from my account even though they claim they sold the mortgage to Aurora. Aurora claims they have not been paid and started foreclosure.

why is the government allowing this fraud to continue? i wrote to president Obama in February about these three companies and i have not heard from him.

i am shocked that congress refused to pass the cramdown which would give judges the power to help homeowners.

the government should allow citizens to use their unemployment, disability, pension and veterans benefits as income to modify loans or we will all be in the streets.

IS THERE A LAW FIRM IN AMERICA WHO WILL TAKE ON THESE MORTGAGE COMPANIES?

It is extremely difficult to deal with those companies... the homeowners in the US need to organize and speak with a "single voice". The mbscollateral website is designed to do just that (forming something like a Coalition of Homeowners) - take a look at it. You will also find the QWR (Qualified Written Request) that you could use to start the official communication process that is governed by RESPA/TILA/ETC.
