Unfortunately, the only way for you to deal with this is to file a lawsuit in federal court seeking the damages from the FDCPA violations. The FTC is a toothless tiger as far as individual cases go, they only compile complaints and then act when they get so many on the same person or business. No one will help you with this. File the lawsuit.
