First Tennessee Bank (ATM Drive Thru) I went to the First Tn. Bank...ATM machine to withdraw $400.oo in which I definitely had on my "Rush Card" . I was charged the assigned fee of 3 bucks. However, I did not receive my money. The screen defaulted back to the main menu instead of dispensing my money. So assuming their machine was malfunctioning, I finally went to a "Regions bank, ATM" and that's when I discovered the money was actually taken off my rush card by the First TN. ATM machine instead...Only problem was, I never received my $400.oo. Almost forgot to mention, there was another guy, at the First TN ATM machine, who was behind me in line.

And he reported the same thing happened to him...He said he lost $300 bucks from the same ATM machine. Okay, I then went to the First TN. Bank and one of their customer service associates told me to just called the "Rush Card" 1-800 number on the back of my rush card. So after calling Rush Card, the first rush card associate told me the money would be back on my card in 48 hours. But being very unhappy about the fact of that being my bill money, I called "Rush Card" again the next day. But this time the rush card associate speaking, told me I would have to file claim and that it could take up to 45 days before it's processed. It just seems I'm paying harshly for something that was not even my fault. Is there anything that can be done to speed up the process of me getting my money. I do have expense of family and living needs to meet. If anyone out there can share advice or tips to help, I would appreciate. Thanks.
