I ordered the FitnessGear4Less package back in Nov. 02 only to get a phone call from my very own personal customer representative, or so I thought. My website was set up in the tune of about $3500 for the gold package.

I was told 100% money back gaurantee. My website was never in existance, but I was still charged the $3500 to my credit card. Every number I've tried calling is busy 24 hours a day. I have been taken for a serious ride. I have tried to e-mail a complaint, but all attempts come back undeliverable. I found this website tonight and figured, what more do I have to lose.

I'm not sure if there is an actual statue of limitations clause, but something must be done to put this ripoff artist behind bars. People are in jail for a hell of alot less than what he's doing. If anyone has any advice which could lead to the possibility of a refund to my credit card, please respond ASAP. My thanks in advance.

I have read your reports and I feel bad for you all. The sad thing is that he continues to advertise his infomericals. However, if you are all as angry as you say I cannot imagine how you all can sit there. No wonder why he fooled you all. You do not seem too sharp (just an observation). The reason being, you all should first contact government agencies: DOJ, FTC, and the US Postmaster. Send them the link to this site. Tell them what he is doing and I wil guarantee you he will be in jail. The US Postmaster can freeze his assets. The Department of Justice and Federal Trade Commission can charge him with mail fraud, and other crimes. You should also contact the state gov agencies where his company is located. It will also help to find out where he is incorporated. Good luck.
