Thats bogus, after your guys left me screwed I was forced to install the replacement cooling pipe you broke myself. After I filled the engine up with coolant I did not have to open both valves to bleed the cooling system. Had you known what you were doing you would have simply opened the valve you didn't know about, step on the gas and bled it right then and there. YOU GUYS ARE A BUNCH OF LIARS. You did NOT know what you were doing, you did NOT know there was two valves. Also my car may be older but it wasn't having issues before you tampered with it, it just had a leaky waterpump. Jerks.

In wisconsin corrosion never stops even on tin plated aluminum. I have worked on exactly these cars at a GM dealer. It sounds like the Quite Zone could have responded a little better. However, the offer that you supply the part and they install if for free is very resonable. Your car is old and parts brake and wear out. Get the part, let them install it and move on. Don't be a whinner. Also you should not have driven the car in an overheated state no matter what. Pull over when it over heats. That car has an aluminum cylinder head. You may have ruined it already driving that way. That's your fault, that's why when an idiot light comes on. Stop or your an idiot.

BOTH must be opened in order to properly bleed system. The water outlet bleeder is opened first, allowing coolant to flow through the engine. Afterwards, the heater pipe bleeder is opened, allowing full flow through the heater core. If the pipe broke, it's not the fault of the shop.
