Five Star Cellular Source This company is a complete scam. It has you to purchase a money pak card for your payment and never sends your item. Internet
I visited this company website in search of purchasing a new cellphone. The have new cellphones with a one year warranty for sale on their website. I originially purchased the cellphone through my paypal account but was notified the same exact day that I had received a full refund from 5 star cellular source back to my paypal account. Paypal went on to say if I had any questions to why I received the refund, I had to contact the company. I received a email from the company saying that I could still complete my order by purchasing a moneypak card and the price of the handset would be reduced because of the issue they had with paypal.
I purchased the money pak card and submitted the number as the instructions read and I received a confirmation number and order number. I have yet to recieve the handset. Ive called the company number several times in attempt to either get a full refund and also reached out to them on several different occasions via email. I recently emailed them and the email was rejected and said that I had been blocked from the recepient. This has ultimately lead me to believe this entire website is a scam to get consumers out of their money.
