Sent my phone to be flashed, took 3 weeks, called they were surprised that it was still with them when asked, but never offered an explaination. (Yes they answered the phone this first time)
After 2 weeks Internet (data) stopped working so called and after 2 calls (no answer) and a message through their website I finally got a remote repair which fixed the problem for 2 weeks then the same problem....
called at least 6 times, emailed almost everyday, and messaged numerous times over the course of 3 weeks and finally got a email response to a IM saying "this was the first message we recieved". Gave me an "appointment time" to log in and remote fix again which they failed to show up for.... no email, call, etc. I called & emailed multiple times for the hour I patiently (well not that patiently since I'm completly fedup with Tom).But never got a response.... 24 hours later and no contact what so ever not even an excuse or appology!
Went with this company specifically due to their youtube video about Scammers.... ironic! So I've made it a mission to let anyone who is considering them to forget it. YOU WILL BE DISAPOINTED!
Maybe their intent is not to screw customers but their lack of any customer service is disheartening to say the least, criminal more likely comes to mind....
Since it's 45 days past when I purchased on Paypal I've lost the ability to file a chargeback too!
Don't use them, your better off going to some guy in a back alley at least you'll know where that guy is when you need help. Or better yet just use a regular commercial service: Virgin Mobile, Walmart, etc for pay as you go.
