my husband used flashedphones.net and it was a nightmare for me, but finally after almost 6 weeks they sent him a "new phone" that they had to replace because they screwed up.
i sent my husbands phone and after a week got nothing back. i called and sent email after email and finally they answerd my call one day and said that they had sent his phone to the wrong customer and they still had that customers phone and contacted him advising they will send his phone back once they recieve my husbands phone that was incorrectly sent to him (needless to say they ended up sending this customers phone to him so he had it + my husbands phone). well after another week and several calls and emails, that where very unprofessional, they said they would send my husband a new phone "it's not the end of the world". after about 3 1/2 more weeks and the request to restore my husbands old phone for a business trip, which by the way they never restored, and several calls and emails i got an email that said they got a new shipment of phones in they would overnight one. we waited, this email was received on a Saturday so I gave it til Tuesday when no phone arrived I contacted them by phone after my emails where ignored yet again and talk to some one that asked for my husbands phone number again so they could flash it, now 4 days after we originally sent his phone they flashed it because his old phone stopped working and the default voice mail message would pick up, they finally over nighted him a new phone which arrived on Friday with a 32sd card. My suggestions is hang in there and call, call, call, send emails, send email, send emails, you will eventually get a phone, it took me about 6 weeks to get a phone sent back to us, but my husband has been loving the phone ever since this horrific experience.
