Paid for service and shipped my phone, but no service perfomed and they have not returned my phone to me. I paid for service on my cell phone on 7/20 and shipped my HTC Thunderbolt to Flashed Phones.net On 7/26 I received notificatio of my phone being shipped back to me with the work completed. On 7/31 I have not received my phone and emailed flashedphones.net to inquire. The response was this "Sorry, that was an oversight on our part, we will be sure to get it out today and we will send over the new tracking." On 7/31 I then received a new tracking # from USPS. On 8/1 I saw no updates to the shipping information with USPS and emailed flashedphones.net to see if it was actually shipped. No responses to this email. I logged a complaint on their website for customer feedback (which was never posted, as it appears they only allow positive posts to be seen) On 8/2 I spoke with flashedphones.net and was told it was not shipped and that no work was even done on the phone yet. So they sent two separate shipping notifications without the work actually being done on my phone. The person from flashedphones.net told me he would perform the work on 8/3 and send the phone to me overnight to arrive on 8/4. I was told I would receive a new tracking #. I never received a tracking # or my phone. Emails remain unanswered and phone calls are not answered either with no voicemail capability.

They have my phone and my money, do not let yourself be their next victim.

my husband used flashedphones.net and it was a nightmare for me, but finally after almost 6 weeks they sent him a "new phone" that they had to replace because they screwed up.

i sent my husbands  phone and after a week got nothing back. i called and sent email after email and finally they answerd my call one day and said that they had sent his phone to the wrong customer and they still had that customers phone and contacted him advising they will send his phone back once they recieve my husbands phone that was incorrectly sent to him (needless to say they ended up sending this customers phone to him so he had it + my husbands phone). well after another week and several calls and emails, that where very unprofessional, they said they would send my husband a new phone "it's not the end of the world". after about 3 1/2 more weeks and the request to restore my husbands old phone for a business trip, which by the way they never restored, and several calls and emails i got an email that said they got a new shipment of phones in they would overnight one. we waited, this email was received on a Saturday so I gave it til Tuesday when no phone arrived I contacted them by phone after my emails where ignored yet again and talk to some one that asked for my husbands phone number again so they could flash it, now 4 days after we originally sent his phone they flashed it because his old phone stopped working and the default voice mail message would pick up, they finally over nighted him a new phone which arrived on Friday with a 32sd card. My suggestions is hang in there and call, call, call, send emails, send email, send emails, you will eventually get a phone, it took me about 6 weeks to get a phone sent back to us, but my husband has been loving the phone ever since this horrific experience.
