i used to work for this, company not only was it encouraged to pull personal pics of phones that people thought they had deleted but we would swap used parts and much worse. Im not saying I'm perfect but maybe Tom will will learn his lesson their is no honor amongst thief's. BTW THE ONLY POSITIVE POSTS ARE FROM THE OWNER.

Just wait and see. You and no one else are important to Tom. His communication skills suck. I would never trust this company ever again. You went to boost instead of straight talk. Simple to do. They really need to rethink what they are doing. Run as fast as you can from this company. Do not waste your money. Once straight talk finds out that you are doing this. They will shut your phone down as well as whatever else they want to do to you. And they will . They did this to me as well as Tom himself. Yes the guy that will be flashing your phone. LOL. Good luck!

I just got my phone back from Flashedphones.net. They gave me exactly what I requested: My Galaxy S3 flashed to Boost (3G only).
A couple small nits:
1. It took a couple weeks from when I mailed my phone to when I got it back. Part of that I think was I monkeyed with my phone before hand and tried to do some flashing/rooting/unlocking myself, which may have made their job harder haha.
2. When I got the phone the Boost account had expired, but an email to Tom, the owner, was quickly returned in a matter of minutes, and he fixed the issues, and my phone started working.
Overall I had a positive experience, and have a fast phone with full voice and internet service, and am saving money with my new provider! My customer service was excellent. Tom patiently answered all my questions and I highly recommend using them.

This may have happened. But you are terrible at communication. You have an 866 number you just let an answer machine pick up. Terrible business ethics. People pay you money to do their phones. In my mind. Your stealing our money. Your promises. People wait by an computer when you tell them to be there. And you do nothing. We just set there waiting on you. I know because I myself are one of your victims. BEWARE OF THIS COMPANY!!!!!

My name is Tom Brossco and I am the owner of FlashedPhones.net
When a customer buys our mail in service (as this customer did) they are emailed shipping instructions and our address along with an information sheet to fill out so we know what they want done with their phone. When we received this customers phone it didn't have that information sheet included with it. The only information that we had was the name and address from the package they mailed it in.
From time to time this happens and usually we can simply search through our PayPal account (Which we use to process all payments) and we can find a payment based on the last name and from there we can get the persons email address and email them.
Unfortunately this customer used a friends PayPal account to make the payment and so when we searched the name on the Package we could not find a payment and thus no email address to contact the customer.
So we turned to our email servers which capture and index every email we receive but again that did not bring up a mach on the senders name because her name was different from her brothers whom we had been having conversations with (We didn't know this at the time)
So we put the phone to the side and figured someone would call us but after about ten days no one had so we mailed the phone back to the return address that came on the original package.
Then we got a call from the customers Brother and he was very upset and sure that we ripped his sister off. The customers brother was so disrespectful on the phone that my employee hung up on him twice. (I was not at the office when he called)
The next day the customer called and I spoke with her and we were able to figure out what had happened. She was very understanding and I was able to find her payment that had been made through her mother in laws PayPal account and we refunded her payment right then.
We also set up a time for that weekend to remotely Flash her phone and we did just that.
Our customer (Not the Brother who wrote this complaint) was very satisfied with the service and as I looked up her account this morning just before writing this she must still be because she is still using her Galaxy S2 today!
Thank You
