Flemings and the client have agreed to unwind the transaction. We're looking for a great experience, as buying a classic car should be. Sorry this didnt work out for them, hopefully they'll find something out there to make them happy. We also agreed to keep their trade even though we will have both cars as they requested.

If you would like to resell the car then lets work that out. As far as my trade. I gave you a 1999 Plymouth Prowler with 5000 miles. That car was is in perfect condition. If you haven't sold it yet has nothing to do with the quality of that vehicle. I know it is near perfect. Check it out on the video. Please contact me if you want to work this out. Chad

So fix the cars, NOT paint and sell.

I have never made anything up about this car. Yes I invite anyone to look at the link. Flemings and the video state the car is an Impala SS. Tis not true it is a regular Impala dressed with fake side moulding that is actually Adhesive tape to ttemt to reproduce the look of true engine turned trim. That tape is already peeling off and is half gone. The engine is advertised as a Corvette LT-1 with 330 or 350 hp. I had to reasearch and tell Flemings that it is actually a early model TPI engine with about 240 hp at best. Since I recieved the car it has not ran and it sits in my garage still today. The paint is advertised as repainted by Flemings and it is not a good paint job it has scrapes and overspray and is just covering rust. The car is not even drivable. It was never a turn key car as Flemings always is proud to say. I have NEVER asked for $5000 or any money. I have no idea where that even came from. I found the exact same car ( I actually mean the same car I bought) for sale online for $21500. I have pictures and links for all of this. Everything you see in the ad and video is false. No posi, bad paint job, not an SS and dosen't even run. PERIOD I invite anyone to contact me and for more info and proff of everything I have stated. I have no reason to waste my time making up lies and I am insulted that Tony Fleming the owner would accuse a customer of such a thing. Own up to your mistakes and make things right should be what a company should do. Please anyone contact me if you want further info. This response is very unprofessional. I have never asked for any money and the car is a big fake and was way overpriced.

This Impala was priced right AND a very nice car, Im afraid for the 35K we were paid for this Impala, the client was expecting a $100K pro touring Impala. These cars are expensive if you want the latest greatest parts, this was an ex show car and was still very show worthy. As far as not contacting him back, Unfair ! We have called back everytime, but the client wants us to send a check for $5K and feels that by us not honoring his ridiculous request, we're not returning his calls. I just dont understand that if you have a small problem with the car, you fabricate all kinds of things, thinking that's going to get Flemings attention. We begged you to send an appraiser, or come look at in person, come test drive it, you even signed a form that you're waiving the right for all of those recommendations, now what ?
Here is the link to our car with a full set of pictures and a video ! Very nice car.

Now here's a link for an Impala SS pro touring car that is almost twice the price ! I dont see much of a difference and no fuel injection.

Our Impala was sold for 35K and we took his trade in ( which we still have 4 months later by the way )
A nicely restored Impala SS sells for around $30K, add a $10K drivetrain, air-conditioning $3K ( which worked when he got it) , polished torque thrusts + tires 2K, disc brakes 1.5K, digital sound system 1K etc , etc.
We had quite a few people who wanted to buy that car, let us resell it for you and make everyone happy. If I didnt care, i wouldnt respond, but making things up will not help your case.
Thanks, Tony Fleming

The more I look the more I find wrong with the 62 Impala Pro Touring Restomod. The car wont stay running at all and I almost got into 2 accidents so it remains sitting in my garage. The rear diff is W the rust im finding. For someone so into paint on every video their own paint job is terrible. The car is making awful noise when I turn it on. Tires are still totally bald. Updated suspension is not there. I paid way to much for this car and Felmings told me I could not build this car for twice what I paid. Meanwhile I found the exact car I bought for sale online before for almost half what I paid. This is just a total fake all aroung from trim to engine. I have tried to contact Flemings many times and I get no response and no one to call me back. They do not stand behind their vehicles at all. Very sad for the great reputation they claim to have. I am talking to my lawyer about the situation. Can't hide behind "AS IS". The car was falsely advertised and misrepresented. Still waiting for some response to acknowledge me and try to work this out the right way for a customer. Let me know if anyone wants to contact me for more details.
