This is in response to Susan Yi's last update. Notice that she admits in her update that I did indeed give her a credit card number--but yet she is claiming that I am just trying to get out of paying for the product--doesn't make sense to me! Why would I give her a credit card number if I was trying not to pay? It also doesn't make sense that she took a credit card number if she could not process it. If you really think about it, it is quite obvious who the real scam is--it's her. She claims that we used the lanterns for the event--that is true. I had promised my client the lanterns and I had to use them to keep them happy--what else could I have done since the wedding was the following day. And unlike Susan Yi, when I promise my client something, I do my best to be sure they get it. It's not my fault she misrepresented herself and her product. Also, notice that Susan Yi posted her first claim against my company only 11 days after I actually received the product. Is that adequate time for a company to receive an invoice and issue a check for payment? I don't think so! Susan Yi only reported me to this website out of revenge and to get me back because she is mad that I was trying to return the bad product--however, nothing she says makes sense and it's obvious that Susan is a nut trying to pull a scam. This website is for consumers to turn in bad businesses--I am the consumer here Susan! And you're the bad business--I think you must be confused. And if she is the one that has been treated wrongly, why will she not let me return her product? DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM HER--YOU WILL BE SORRY!!!

Scot-owner of Flora Nova claims to say that my products were misrepresented, but he also admitted that he used my products. If he did not believe that the products were what he expected, he could have sent them back without using them. He did give me a credit card number as a back up knowing that my website only uses Paypal. He promised to send me a check. But now he is looking for excuses to not pay for them.

I am the owner of Flora Nova and we did order lanterns from Susan Yi of Phaith Imports in Irvine, California for a wedding Nov. 8. We were completely misled about the size, color, and quality of the lanterns by Susan and her website and were highly disappointed by the product when we received it. The lanterns would not even stay open. We told her we would be sending the product back and she said that would be fine. The next day she faxed us a letter and said we had to pay for the product regardless. Since then, she has contstantly harrassed us and my client. DO NOT buy any products from Phaith Imports, Irvine, CA--She is a rip-off! Believe me, there are 2 sides to every story! I will also be filing a report against her business with the Better Business Bureau. The claims Susan is making are completely false and her business is the true rip-off. She also failed to mention that I gave her a credit card number for the order when we initially placed the order. She called back and said she no longer had a credit card terminal and we would have to pay her through PayPal. If I were trying to avoid paying for the product, I would not have given her a credit card number. We have also agreed to pay all shipping charges if she would let us return the product since we were not happy with it--she has refused our offer. What good is a business if they will not stand behind their product. She is being very dishonest and her business is a ripoff!.
