A disgruntled former employee that was released from our organization for less than honest business dealings wrote this report out of spite. Proof of this is the fact of his knowledge of employees of the company. And also by utilizing this knowledge to twist the truth about our operations. As the Quality Control Officer for Florida Sport and Recreation it saddens me to see a report even posted by this individual because of the bad business dealings he had before us. Justin our location manager is an honest and straight forward individual and everyoone within the organization that has seen this slander about his father and himself is very upset because of the many thoughtful and wonderful things Justin and his father has done for numerous employees through these hard times, Including myself. Now for the negative twisted information that this individual has written about our organization. 1# FSR has been an active organization for 28 years. With only 48 complaints world wide in which were handled one customer at a time to attempt to settle and satisfy our members. Almost all the members including the individuals that have complained on this site, have been conatcted and almost all complaints have been settled. We at FSR do our best to keep our customers happy and satisfied. 2# When the customer walks out our doors they are thouroughly instructed on what they have purchased. And with great admiration I can announce that a new division of our organization has been opened to further our commitment to our members. A VIP Division that stays in contact with our customers for 30 days to help them in any way. And also a Quality Control Division to handle any problems and also any internal situations like with our former employee.
