my husband and brother inlaw both worked for this tuucking co. they were told they would come home every 2 weeks wrong! they were kept out 4 weeks at a time,,,then when they couldnt take it any more they called mike maguire told him they were bringing the trucks to the yard at west liberty
...well he got ill at them told them no!!!!!!!to take them to the peterbuilt dealership in b-ham alabama not to bring them to the yard. they got mike to fax them a paper saying they were to do that and then he put on their dac file abandonment...and they have his signature on a paper!!!
he kept their last pay check,, talked to my husband like a dog on the phone,,and refuses to remove lies from dac ,,when they went to orentation he held up a vhs tape they were suppose to watch on fork lift safty and said you guys see this ,,,o.k. you passed and gave them there fork lift license and never watched the tape!!!!! could you please help us ...
