flowershopping.com This has to be the worst company ever, anywhere! They have the worst customer service. They do not respond to emails, to contact forms on their website and calling them is futile. If you happen to have an issue that needs to be resolved, forget about it. They don't respond to phone calls. Basically, they have a script to each situation and or they will misinform you and then tell you, too bad for you! They do not take responsibility for their customer service reps. I've worked in the call center business for 15 yrs and never would have been allowed to respond to customers like they do. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY. There are a scam and should not be allowed to operate. REFUSED TO STAND BEHIND THEIR COMMITMENT OF REFUND PROCESS
